I was reading the introduction and, lo and behold, I discovered that he also made a Basic Stairbuilding Video to accompany the book.

The stairbuilding video is below. I am currently in the process of reading the book and will post a review on it shortly. First impression is that it appears to be a well done publication with plenty of photos, illustrations and diagrams for ease of explanation.
